Tagged by :iconfettcom:. I kind of like these neat little things, and so here we go, eight random facts about me!

Rules:

1. Post these rules.
2. Each person tagged must put 8 random facts about themselves.
3. Tagged ones should write a journal about these facts.
4. At the end of the post tag 8 more deviants
5. Go to their page telling them they're tagged.
6. No tagging back (For Obvious Reasons)

Random factoid 1:
When it comes to art and 3D art, I am a totally homeschooled amateur, which results in some artistic shoddiness every once and again.

Random factoid 2: I have worked in a comic shop, which is both the dream job and a normal retail job at the same time.

Random factoid 3: I have this statue [link] sitting on my desk.

Random factoid 4: I prefer writing over rendering/drawing.

Random factoid 5: I'm a closet perfectionist.

Random factoid 6: My favorite food are beans of any kind (EXCEPT green beans).

Random factoid 7: The last game I played was 50 Cent: Blood on the Sand, which was my first videogame in ages besides WoW and, while enjoyable, I wasn't able to finish it in one sitting like I had planned to. Definitely worth a rental though.

Random factoid 8: City of Heroes was my gateway MMO and probably the reason I got interested into 3D art in the first place. I don't play it any more because for me the game hasn't changed since it came out years ago. If WoW was filled with superheroes, then I would have the perfect MMO.

BONUS Random factoid: I played the trombone in high school. And yes, we delighted in making lewd jokes because our instrument had the word 'bone' in it.

I don't really feel like tagging anyone, but I think I can get away with it because Fett didn't follow the rules exactly and tag me on my home page, so I think I'm safe.

"I reject your reality and substitute my own!"
I never really went for Poser femuscle and FMG...until I found you and Stone3d on this site! Now my eyes have been opened to the potential. Since I can't draw to save my life, I'm inspired by you to try to make some Poser FMG myself. However, I have 3 questions:

1)Where do I get the Poser program?

2)Where do I get the Poser mods allowing huge, muscular females?

3)How hard is it to use Poser for this, anyway?

Thank you!
1. There are two major entry level programs amateur artists use in creating 3D art. One is DAZ Studio, and the other is Poser. They are made by different companies. DAZ Studio is made by the same company that creates the base models that artists use, clothe and mod, and because it is free makes it an attractive program to use. This is Poser: [link] , and I have not used the most recent poser program, but I do find it a little more intuitive than DAZ.

2. This is a tricky question, mostly because there are varying degrees of huge to different people. For me, all the models and morphs I use are the ones I get from DAZ. I use the Victoria 4.2 base model and the muscle morphs that are available for purchase at DAZ.

There are some artists who have some bigger muscle morphs at their disposal such as Stone3D, but I don't know how he get his morphs.

Finally, some artists are able to effectively utilize magnets to deform the figure and give it bigger muscles. I've been told that magnets are the easiest thing under the sun to utilize but I've never gotten the hang of them.

3. Well, once you got the basics of injecting poses into a figure and setting the morphs, that part is easy. Understanding the terminology and the basics of how things work can be intimidating at first, but there are a number of tutorials and poser artists out there handy with advice. And then of course comes the bit where you learn how to make full fledged scenes and make everything look cool... but it's all about taking one step at a time.
Thanks for the fav!

Do you know how to save a drowning lawyer? No? Good!
Hello there!

I am writing this letter for you, because Maidens 2009 has started. It's a show (I wouldnt't call it a contest) of female muscle artists. Anyone can sign for this, since the 'deadline' is really far away. I take tha mantle of promoting this event as I did last year. That time it was quite popular, since many artist joined. This year I wanna uber that. More artists, more pictures, more awesomeness:)

Please reply to this, because I would like to know if you're interested. You should answer me even if you don't want to participate, because in that case I'll put you on my black list :)

It would be a marvellous thing if you would decide to join. And I really hope you will do so. People can draw any picture (maximum 3), it can be coloured or just simply inked. It's not an earthshattering thing to do. Please consider the joining. Thank you.

Here are the rules: [link]

I am looking forward to your answer.
